Definition and Principle
Electrostatic separator is an electrostatic separator that uses the electrostatic field generated by a high-voltage DC power supply to generate an attraction or repulsion force on charged mineral particles, so that the mineral particles can be separated due to different movement trajectories.
Principle: The electrostatic separator forms an electrostatic field inside the separator through a high-voltage DC power supply. When the mineral particles to be separated enter the electrostatic field, due to differences in conductivity, shape, size, etc. of the mineral particles, they will obtain different charges and be subjected to different forces of the electrostatic field. These forces cause the movement trajectory of the mineral particles to change, thereby achieving the separation of the mineral particles.
